So, Manaferra closes off completely for a week approaching the end of the year to allow the team to spend time with their loved ones.

Snow-watching through the windows, playing volleyball by the beach, or grilling under the trees among others—we always make sure to unwind and come back energized.
Creativity is our driving force. We believe that everyone should be allowed to completely immerse in it, and take breaks when they find it necessary. So, we have a flexible break schedule where any team member can take their break when they see fit as long as it’s within the time limit.
We are committed to our work, but we believe there is more to life than what’s in the office. Our team members have the opportunity to take time off up to four weeks and be compensated 100%.
